Isn't this great news? The United States and Russia, by means of Obama and Medvedev, are in talks of reducing their nuclear arsenals. This would be the first time since the START treaty between the two superpowers was signed in 1991.
The two leaders spoke before the G20 top in London UK, for the first time since both of them took their positions as president.
