No customer service


Apparently, customer service is of no interest to both LiveNation and Ticketmaster, as none of them have had the decency to respond to my e-mail to them.

Too bad these companies have a virtual monopoly on pop concerts, my biggest hobby. I wish I could boycot them, but sadly enough that would mean not going to concerts anymore. Obviously, they know this, so they can charge us whatever the hell they like, and we're still paying.
