Tori Amos is promo-whoring big time. To be exact: her team has been asking to get some air time on my site. At first, I thought it was cool, because it could mean some exclusive stuff getting to my site. However, it actually didn´t. In fact, it only meant Tori Amos´ publicity company thought they could get some free air time at fan sites expense.
They can't: well in case, not with me. I like Tori Amos, but I don't really like the way her promotion is being settled. Street-teams is the name of the game these times but I think: fuck off with your free ride. As the record company business is a multi-million business, I would say: no way you'd get your promotion for free!
