Madonna knows like no-one else there's nothing that cheers someone up as good as spending money. Luckily enough, because she's pooring every cent she can out of her fans, she's got plenty of it, so now she paid 40 million dollars for an apartment in New York City. Of course, Madonna's not happy with it the way it is (heaven orbid 40 million can buy you a decent apartment), so she's having it totally refurbished.
Did I mention the word 'insane' before?
