Carrie Prejean, Miss California, has broken the rules again!
In further violation of the ground rules Donald Trump set for her, Miss California has agreed to appear on Fox and Friends as a special guest host.
And, according to reports, Carrie didn't ask the permission of the Miss California pageant to make that appearance, in clear violation - again! - of her contract.
Why aren't they getting rid of this retard?
