Pre-sale tips

Here are some smart tips from Tori Amos fansite Undented regarding the pre-sale tickets to the North American and UK Sinful Attraction Tour:

Pre-sale passwords will be sent sometime between the end of the offer (last Sunday night for the UK and late Monday night for the US) and the pre-sales.
According to Live Daily, the US pre-sales are scheduled to start on Thursday, May 28th. UK pre-sales, we’re not sure about. Those shows are scheduled to go on-sale on May 29th so we’d expect the presale to be around the 28th as well.
One Toriphile was told by iTunes that US passwords would be sent on Monday, May 25th. That makes sense that would give them a few days to prepare the passwords and leave a bit of room for e-mail delays and other potential issues to be resolved before the pre-sales. However, we wouldn’t hang our hat on that date (particularly since it’s a US holiday) and hope that it’s sooner than later.
Pre-sale passwords are not included with the receipt of your purchase from iTunes. They will be sent separately.
We don’t know if the passwords will be sent by iTunes, Ticketmaster or ToriAmos.com. The UK promotion indicates it will come from iTunes and that’s what I remember for the US pre-sales in 2007 but it wouldn’t hurt to make sure all three sites — ToriAmos.com, ticketmaster.com/.co.uk and apple.com — are not blocked by any spam filters so that doesn’t delay delivery of your password.
