Miss California's stupid anti-gay remarks may backfire her to the point she might loose her title. That will serve Carrie Prejean well! This is what the organization of Miss California has to say:
"We are really faced with a dilemma [over whether] to exercise the contract and remove her crown, because it would in fact only escalate her standing within the very issue that we are trying to minimize and only escalate her standing with those individuals who have stolen her title.
We want to make sure that our legacy is one that we are proud of. I do admire her courage for standing up for her beliefs and yet at the same time, I'm very much aware of the role of Miss California and what we are trying to do with the woman who is crowned and represents the state of California."
Let's hope she'll get kicked out!

what a load of bollocks. the judges ask her for her opinion and when she gives it, she gets kicked out and will lose her previous titles as well?
its not that she said that all gays should be shot. just that they shouldn't get married. the usa has 50+ state-misses, is it really so surprising that at least one of them opposes gay marriages? at least this girl had the guts to stand for her opinion and even though i do not share that opinion, that is something to admire.
She's using her title to promote her (stupid) agenda. Obviously, the Miss USA groups isn't approving. If she wants to promote her ignorant world view, she should do so in her own time, instead of using a publicity ride handed over for free to her.
