Why is that almost every picture we see of Madonna these days, has been taken at some party? Isn't Madonna supposed to be at home with her children at some point or another? Especially with another tour coming up, one would think she would like to spend at least some quality time with her kids...?
Then again, why do it yourself when you can pay a nanny to do it for you, right?
