From The Sun:
FANS with tickets for Michael Jackson's 50 sell-out concerts at the O2 arena should get a full refund - if they bought from agencies or direct from the venue.
But those who bought from private sellers on sites like eBay face losing out.
A spokesman for promoter AEG said: "Full ticket refund information and procedures will be released early next week."
Ticketmaster's website went into meltdown yesterday, and a message on its phoneline told customers to "await communication".
It is believed that fans who bought from sites such as Ticketmaster and See Tickets will get a full refund. Secondary retailers Viagogo and Seatwave promised a full refund.
But fans who bought on eBay may have to rely on the seller to pay them back.
A spokeswoman for eBay said those who paid through PayPal were covered by insurance, but needed to claim within 45 days.
Those who paid with a debit or credit card cannot claim compensation. UK payments group APACS said: "Cover would only apply if you bought through a ticketing agent."
