TicketMaster fucked up big time on the Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana Tour!!! Members of her fan club paid $30 for a password and received a 12-hour head start to get the best seats. However, TicketMaster posted the wrong seating chart for Miley Cyrus' concert at Long Island's Nassau Coliseum, which caused fans to pay big money for crappy seats.
After hours of silence, TicketMaster finally released a statement:
"Some fans who purchased the best available floor tickets to Miley Cyrus's upcoming Nassau Coliseum concerts during Monday's fanclub presale may have viewed a seating map that was updated later that day. The system did provide the best tickets available to all buyers at their time of purchase, however if any consumer is unhappy with their floor seats in sections A2, B2, and C2 because of the seating map change, they may obtain a refund by calling Ticketmaster's customer service at 1-800-745-3000."
What a bunch of assholes!
