Britney Spears premiered a new song to her The Circus Starring Britney Spears Tour at the POP Bercy Arena in Paris this weekend. It's Mannequin, from her Circus album.

Although 'performed' may not be the right word, as this song, like every other Britney Spears song, was entirely lip-synched.
