Miley Cyrus has used her Twitter account to announce to the world she, like everyone else, thinks Zac Efron is one of the hottest people on the planet.
Clearly the Hannah Montana actress is over her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas (of the Jonas Brothers), and is now after another Disney star.
Although she's only 16, she sure is a step up from Vanessa Hudgens. On the other hand, everyone is a step up from Vanessa Hudgens.
