Britney's ex boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, who works as a tabloid photographer, has been taken to court. He´s been accused of an assault, as well as a hit and run.
The court will decide on July 23. If Adnan is found to be guilty, he can go to jail for as long as 7 years!
