This is just plain gross... look at Madonna's arms, leaving a restaurant in Rome earlier this week, while on her Sticky & Sweet Tour. All this training and exercising is not making her any more attractive. In fact, it's doing just the opposite... she looks genuinely scary!

You know, I don't trust photographs anymore. Sometimes they're photoshopped for good, like on albums and ads, and sometimes for bad.
I think someone deliberately wants to make Madonna look bad.
