Possible bad news for 24 fans: chairman Kevin Reilly from Fox Entertainment has revealed there may not be a ninth season, making the season currently filmed the last one.
According to Reailly, the decision has nothing to do with money, but rather with going out with a bang. Creator and lead actor Kiefer Sutherland is said to be having no plans to quit the show, so that can't be the problem.
I'm not that big a 24 fan myself, but I know some people who are, and they are not going to like this!
