Damon Lloyd Goffe's insane 1 trillion dollar lawsuit against Oprah Winfrey has been dismissed by the judge, meaning it won't even make it to court.
Goffe accused Oprah of stealing his poetry, called A Tome of Poetry, and posting it on her website. A spokesperson for Oprah says the haven't even been served, so this case was probably without any chance to begin with.
Glad to hear the American court system hasn't gone completely insane.
