Crazy as it sounds (like almost everything that has to do with Michael Jackson), there are plans to move the entire Neverland ranch to Las Vegas, to become a tourist attraction.
Colony Capital, the investment firm that bought Neverland a couple of years ago, wants to turn Neverland into a sort of Graceland, containing a theatre and a museum (and, since it's Las Vegas, probably a casino hotel as well). They even try to convince the Jackson family to bury Michael on the property, once it's moved.
If they do want to turn it into a vacation spot, wouldn't it be better to let it stay just where it is? Las Vegas is so plastic and fake, and so is Neverland, so wouldn't that be just a little too plastic and fake?
