the shows are more sold out then you think.. trust me.
Actually no, they're not. LiveNation just adjusts the capacity of venues so they will appear to be sold out.
ive been to several shows that you claim that they did not sell out, still almost no emtpy seats left in the room.
most shows sold out on the night of the concert, and not in advance ticket sales.
but who cares, madonna is the biggest selling female artist at the moment.
she's doing better then so many artist.
even kylie still does arena venues after all these years.. and madonna is doing so many amazing field concerts this time.
there is no other artist like madonna. selling more tickets then any other pop artist. and making way to much zero's on her pay-check.
So you're actually saying it's a good thing Madonna is doing field shows instead of arena's? Fields where three quarters of the audience isn't able to see her, sometimes even hardly on the screens, yet still Madonna charges them 100 Euro's or more for the privilage to be standing on a field? Yeah, I have to say that's FAR more desirable than going to an arena's where you - gasp - can actually see the artist perform!
Ans what is it with Madonna fans they take pride in the fact she makes so much money? She's making so much money because she's overpricing her tickets. Basically, you're screwed in order for her to make a shitload.
Yet, obviously it's not enough yet, otherwise she wouldn't have the need to recycle this tour, and oversaturate the European 'market' (always funny how she and her manager call her fans a 'market') like she's doing right now.
