The 53 year old guy who got arrested for stalking Miley Cyrus not once but twice, has been led to court. Mark McLeod (that's the creep's name) thinks he's engaged to Miley, who's only 16 years old.
The judge hasn't ruled yet, but it would seem only logical for this guy to get a restraining order.
