Bad news for Aerosmith fans: because of the recent accident involving Steven Tyler falling off the stage, the band has been forced to cancel the remainder of their tour completely.
In a statement, they said:
"Due to injuries Steven Tyler sustained last week when he fell from the stage during a concert in Sturgis, South Dakota, doctors have advised the lead singer to take the time to properly recuperate from the accident that resulted in a broken shoulder and stitches to his head."
"Words can't express the sadness I feel for having to cancel this tour. We hope we can get the Aerosmith machine up and running again as soon as possible."
Sad news for both the band themselves, and for all the fans who already bought tickets. Tickets will of course be refunded, but it's always sad when a concert you were looking forward to gets canceled.
