The MTV Video Music Awards 2009 are getting closer, and they've managed to secure one extra very special guest: Madonna will be there!
Unfortunately, she's not going to perform, which is a shame, since it could be a great way to promote her new single Celebration, which is getting no airplay whatsoever in the United States.
A hit single doesn't create itself, not even for Madonna!
