Universal City Orlando has announced today, that the new theme areas The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will open in their Islands Of Adventure themepark as early as spring 2010!
The new 'island' has been under construction for quite some time now, on land previously occupied by Jurassic Park and The Lost Continent.
Centerpiece of the new area will be a dark ride based on Hogwart, which will be partly rollercoaster.
Walt Disney World will probably feel the heat from Universal big time next year, as no new E-ticket rides are in development in the Mouse House at the moment!
