Yes! Gossip Girl season 3, which is currently airing in the United States, is bringing back Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford)'s cousin Tripp back to the show! Tripp will be played by Aaron Tveit again.
Aaron's character will be around for about six episodes beginning the end of November. His storyline entails Tripp running for some public office and enlisting Nate to help with his campaign.
This can only be seen as yet another boost to an already great show!
