Haunted mansion

One of the reasons I would like to visit the original Disneyland, in Anaheim, CA so much, is because parts of it were created while Walt Disney was actually still alive, making it the only Disney themepark to have that honour. One of the advantages that comes with this feature, is the fact its details seem to be even better than the other parks.

As much as I love Disneyland Paris (and believe me, I L-O-V-E it), I don't think anything beats the theming of the original park. Shown in this picture is the Haunted Mansion, built in 1962. This house, placed in the New Orleans Square part of the park, serves only as the entrance to the actual ride, which is behind the facade, invisible for the audience.

In Disneyland Paris, this attraction is called Phantom Manor, and it's fabulous, but Haunted Mansion, I mean... wow! I need to start planning a trip to California!
