Imagine all the people

Lady Gaga went to the Human Rights Campaign dinner (where President Barack Obama delivered his speech), and did a great speech, as well as a performance of John Lennon's classic song Imagine.

She changed the lyrics, to fit the death of Matthew Shepard, the gay guy that got killed 11 years ago in Wyoming.
