Britney Spears is fighting a legal battle to get full custody of her kids, after news emerged Kevin Federline, the children's father, is living a life full of booze and parties.
Although Britney hasn't exactly been a rolemodel mother in the past, she does seem to have returned to being a normal person, and yes, we do see a lot of pictures of Kevin partying the night away, so I guess the children would be better off living with her.
As an aside: how sad it is for these children both their parents have absolutely no sense of responsibility.
