It couldn't have come on a worse time for them, but Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell has been caught by the Mexican flu. They have just started promoting their new album This Is Us, which will take them on a large arena tour, among other appearances.
Luckily enough, they didn't sell that many tickets for their tour, so there won't be a lot of fans disappointed (are there many Backstreet Boys left in the first place, one might wonder).
