Contrary to rumours on the internet last week, Madonna will not be doing a Dolce & Gabbana men's line campaign later this year. Her almost underage toyboy Jesus Luz will, so that's probably where the rumour came from.
I wouldn't even be surprised if he spread it himself, seeing the kind of famewhore he is.
