Thinly veiled prejudice

Wow, for the first time in ages, WND*Mart published a letter to the editor that actually made sense:

I am distressed by your apparent assumption that all people who are interested in restoring a true government under the Constitution are also members of the religious right. Some of us see that document as a blueprint for tolerance. As a member of a worldwide religious community that embraces the concepts of "many paths of discovery" / "all roads lead to God," I find your disdain for ways of thinking that are outside your Judeo-Christian focus (specifically, Islam) to be aggravatingly closed-minded. Your thinly veiled prejudice is doubtless alienating many loyal Americans who would otherwise gladly support your efforts to restore a proper government.

You might be interested to know that the Quran 1) forbids conversion by the sword (forced acceptance of Islam), 2) forbids the killing of non-combatants, and 3) guarantees the rights of Jews and Christians as "People of the Book." Thus, "terrorism" is to Islam as "KKK" is to Christianity – a gross perversion of the basic teachings by an ignorant few. By the way, I'm not a Muslim.

Guess there will be tons of letters yesterday calling names at this guy, but I agree with him!
