It's official: a spokesperson for Cheryl Cole has released the following statement:
"Cheryl Cole is separating from her husband Ashley Cole. Cheryl asks the media to respect her privacy during this difficult time. We have no further comment to make."
Good for her! And good luck with getting some privacy. Obviously, the British tabloids are L-O-V-I-N-G this!
