As you may know, the current season of American Idol will be the last in which Simon Cowell is one of the judges. After this season he will start on the USA version of X Factor, already a huge hit in the UK and Europe.
So, ever since the announcement of his departure was made, rumours are flying around who will take his place on Idol. One of the more interesting names, that came up today, is Guy Oseary, Madonna's manager.
No matter what you think of Madonna, Guy knows his way around in the music industry, so he could be a good choice for a judge. I wonder if he's able to make harsh and bitter comments as well. After all, Madonna probably doesn't like to hear opinions other than her own, so perhaps he isn't able to have an opinion at all anymore.
Let's wait and see, it could be interesting!
By the way: I had my picture taken with him once, back in 2006 during Madonna's Confessions Tour at the Amsterdam ArenA. He was a really nice guy!
