In spite of rumours previously suggesting Zac Efron would be the new Spider-Man, apparently nothing's final just yet.
According to sources the newly appointed director Marc Webb is busy deciding the cast and is having lot of trouble getting a lead actor for Peter Parker’s role that will take the fans back to his roots. The studio is still left to decide the cast and Zac Efron, according to sources is not a part of Columbia’s plan just yet.
