Sarah Palin is SO not going to like this! Playgirl has just revealed the cover of their upcoming issue with Levi Johnston, who is of course the father of Palin's grandchild. Not only is he doing a photoshoot for the magazine (which in itself is probably enough to drive her insane, if she could become any more), he's also doing an interview spilling the dirt on life with the Palin's.
The issue will be out on February 22!
