Finally some news about Take That that doesn't involve any scandals. In fact, it's good news! For their upcoming album, they have hired Stuart Price to be the producer. Stuart has been the producer of Madonna´s Confessions On A Dance Floor album, and has been musical director of her Drowned World, Re-Invention and Confessions tours. Currently he is working with Kylie Minogue on her new album.
Take That want Stuart to steer their music in more of a disco and dance direction.
A source said: "It's a bold move by the lads to make the next album more interesting. They've played it safe in the past with mainstream producers. But this will take things up a notch. The plan is for Stuart to then work on the sound of their next live tour and bring the whole thing together."
The album is set for release at the end of this year.
