Hadron collider

The Large Hadron Collidor (LHC) was started up today, the first collisions have taken place, and the world didn't end up in a black hole, as some had feared. Scientists at CERN in Genève were cheering and clapping when the machine worked and everything went well, after two false starts this morning.

I wonder what they will find!
