One might wonder why Perez Hilton is all of a sudden so into promoting Miley Cyrus (is he trying to get out of jail time by kissing some serious ass?), but in this case, he's actually right. Her new song, Liberty Walk, is pretty good, and will probably make it big on the Billboard Hot 100.
