Lady Gaga helped celebrate the ten-year anniversary celebration of former president Bill Clinton’s Foundation and his 65th birthday at “A Decade of Difference” concert last night. Gaga took the stage to deliver stunning performances, including a Marilyn Monroe-esque “Happy Birthday,” the latest hit “Yoü And I” and “Bad Romance,” which she changed to “Bill Romance.”
