Corporate equality

Several major corporations, including CBS, Google, and Starbucks, have filed legal briefs asking the federal government to recognize gay marriage.
The companies ask the First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold a 2010 lower-court ruling in which Judge Joseph L. Tauro struck down part of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). The friend-of-the-court brief argues that DOMA forces businesses to discriminate against gay employees.

Good for them!
